1. Seller and products

You-IA (you-ia.com) sells digital training courses in artificial intelligence. Each level consists of a PDF document and a video file delivered by download link.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USDT (Tether). Payment is made exclusively in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to the address displayed on the order page. The customer must send the exact amount displayed. Network fees are paid by the customer. An order is considered paid once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

3. Delivery

Download links are sent automatically to the email address provided, usually within minutes of confirmation. Links remain valid for 30 days. The customer is responsible for entering a correct email address.

4. Refunds

The courses are digital content supplied immediately after payment; by ordering, the customer requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that sales are final once the files are delivered. If the files are not delivered or are defective, You-IA will resend them or refund the payment. Payments sent with an incorrect amount, to another network or to another address may not be recoverable; contact us and we will do our best to help.

5. Licence

The courses are licensed for the buyer's personal use. Resale, redistribution or public sharing of the files is prohibited.

6. Educational content

The courses are educational. They do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. AI tools, prices and regulations change frequently.

7. Privacy

We collect only your email address, chosen course and payment information (amount, transaction ID) to process and deliver your order and provide support. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. You may ask for your data to be deleted by writing to us.
